3 cups uncooked sweet potatoes, grated
4 eggs
2 cups of milk
4 T butter, melted
½ t allspice
2 cups brown sugar
½ t cinnamon
¼ t cloves
¼ t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly, add remaining ingredients, mix well and pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes or until well browned, stirring occasionally. NOTE: This was one of my Grandmother's favorite recipes. Carolyn Stone is Lynn and Rhonda's mother. They were special friends of the Strawn family in Gurley.
