1/2 cup Bisquick™ mix
1/3 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
4 boneless pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
2 T vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In 3 separate shallow bowls, place Bisquick , dressing and breadcrumbs. Coat each pork chop with Bisquick, dip into dressing, then coat with breadcrumbs.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Cook pork in oil about 5 minutes ot until golden brown, reduce heat to low. Carefully turn pork. Cook 10-15 minutes longer or until pork is longer pink in center
