3 cups shoe peg corn
3 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1 stick butter
4 T flour
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 T salt
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cream cheese and butter over low heat. Add milk, flour, salt, and mix well. Stir in corn and jalapeños. Bake at 375º 30-40 minutes until thick and bubbly.
