½ Cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
¾ + cup mashed strawberries

¼ cup all-purpose flour
¾ tsp. Baking soda
1/3 tsp. salt

Directions:
Mix together the wet ingredients.

Mix dry ingredients together well, and then add them to the wet ingredients. Mix well and bake at 350ºF for about 30 minutes.
