12 Fresh Peaches pitted and sliced
1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
Omit water and sugar if you're using canned Peaches.
or
Two 32 ounce cans of Peaches. If doing this option, use Peach syrup instead of water and sugar.
Set aside 1 cup Peach juice

One 18.25 ounce yellow cake mix (1 box)
One 8 ounce package of cream cheese
½ cup Butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF: spread Peach slices evenly in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Infusing can of Peach juice, pouring 1 cup of the peach juice over Peach slices. If using fresh Peaches combine sugar and water in a small bowl stir to dissolve, then pour over Peaches.
Sprinkle cinnamon over Peach slices followed by dry cake mix. Top the cake mix with pats of cream cheese all over top evenly. Small pats are best. Dot cobbler with butter and bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes until golden. Cool and serve or serve warm.
