2 c. all purpose flour
1 T. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. the batter will be a little running. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 450* for 10 to 12 minutes or until cake is done in the middle. Cut cake into wedges and serve with any meal.
