2 cans Leseur peas
2 cans shoepeg corn
1 c. chopped red and green peppers
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1green onion cut in chunks.

Marinade:
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all veggies together in a large storage bowl. Set aside. Combine marinade ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to a full boil allow to cool and pour over veggies. Refrigerate overnight.
