Ingredients:  
1 (3-4lb) beef roast (chuck or rump roasts)
1 envelope of onion soup mix
1 envelope of au jus or gravy mix
4 c. beef broth
8 crusty buns
8 slices of provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Season beef with salt & pepper. Place in slow cooker. In medium bowl combine onion soup, beef broth and gravy mix. Stir and pour over the roast. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove roast and shred. Preheat broiler, slice buns in half and arrange on baking sheet. Place beef on bun and cover with cheese. Broil sandwiches until melted. Pour liquid from crockpot to small bowls for dipping (strain, if necessary).
