This recipe does not have exact measurements. When i make these bites it is usually with leftover spaghetti so i adjust the ingredients to the amount of spaghetti i have on hand. When i am starting from scratch i cook a small box of spaghetti, make extra and freeze the leftovers.

In a large bowl, mix the following ingredients into your spaghetti
• mozzarella
• Marinara
• Parmesan
• Beaten eggs
Spray a muffin pan and than fill with spaghetti mixture. Make an indent in the mixture by pressing a small glass down on the spaghetti. Later you will fill this with a meatball.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes

MEAT BALLS
Use the appropriate amount of ground beef to ensure you have one meatball for each spaghetti bowl you made
Mix together
• Ground beef
• breadcrumbs
• Parmesan
• Garlic
• Eggs
• Salt
• Pepper
• Chopped Parsley
• Italian Seasoning
Fry. Drain excess grease. Add Marinara sauce and let simmer at least 10 minutes. Cook approximately 4 minutes on each side or until not pink in the middle.
Place spaghetti bowls on a plate. Add a meatball to each one and a small scoop of marinara sauce. Topped with shredded mozzarella or Parmesan and more chopped parsley. Serve warm
