1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked (angel hair pasta is good)
2 tbsp. butter
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked turkey in cubes (3 cups)
1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375º.

2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook al dente per the instructions on the package and drain.

3. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet. Sauté mushrooms for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper and stir in turkey, condensed soup and sour cream.

4. Place cooked noodles in a 9x13" baking dish. Pour sauce mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling.
