2 boxes Jiffy cornbread
1 C sour cream
2 eggs
½ C melted butter (cooled)
⅔ C milk
2 tbsp honey (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 400º; grease 9x9 baking dish
Mix wet ingredients then stir in dry muffin mix
Pour into prepared baking dish and bake 25-30 min
