1 14 oz. tube of plant-based "soysage"
*I prefer Lightlife Gimme Lean Veggie Sausage
2 cups of shredded cheese
*any kind will do, but I like to use the Italian Blend with a little extra parmesan; adding parmesan to any cheese you choose will make for crispier balls

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and roll into balls (I use a 1.5" cookie scoop to start). Spread out on an un-greased pan and bake at 350º for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown.

Number Of Servings: about 40 1.5" balls
Preparation Time: About an hour total
