1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
4 cups chicken/turkey broth

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in fry pan, stir in flour and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour in chicken broth slowly, stirring. Simmer until thickens. Add chicken bouillon and salt and pepper to taste.



Note: When roasting turkey -- I make gravy the way Mom did with the turkey drippings and then add it to the make-ahead gravy recipe above.
