1 yellow onion, diced
2 lb Italian sausage
1 16 oz container of fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 32 oz container of chicken or vegetable broth
8 oz cream cheese
2 20 oz bag of tortellini
1 bundle of kale

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, sauté the onion until translucent an fragrant.
Add Italian sausage, allow to simmer until evenly browned, and drain.
Add sliced mushrooms and allow to cook slightly.
Add 1 container of broth while stirring, and bring to a low boil.
Add cream cheese and allow to melt and mix in with the broth.
Add the tortellini and kale and serve when both are tender.
