2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 ripe bananas (1 1/2 c. banana)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 T. sour milk (milk w/ a bit of vinegar)
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and sugar and mix until creamy. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Mix in bananas. Combine and mix sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add all ingredients and walnuts. 350º F for one hour when toothpick comes out clean.
