1 cup passion fruit pulp (frozen aisle of many Mexican stores, often Goya brand)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can table cream (found in the Mexican aisle of most grocery stores)
Frozen raspberries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Defrost passion fruit pulp. (Be careful, many times there are holes in the bag it's packaged in.
2. In a blender combine 1 cup+- (or 1/2 the bag) of passion fruit pulp, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and 1 can of table cream.
3. Blend until mousse forms.
4. Check the flavor, and if needed add more passion fruit juice.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with frozen raspberries if you want a contrasting flavor.
