2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
Dash Pepper
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup champagne or white wine
1/4 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper.

Lightly dredge chicken in flour mixture.

Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Add chicken and saute about 5 minutes per side. Add champagne or wine and cook over medium heat about 12 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.

Add mushrooms and whipping cream to skillet. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly just until thickened. Add chicken and cook until heat.

Serve over rice, noodles or bread dumplings.
