4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with mixture shaking off excess flour. Heat 2 Tablespoons of oil. Brown chicken on both sides and remove. Add remaining oil, mushrooms and onions. Sauce until onions are tender. Stir in rest of flour; pour in wine and stir. Return chicken to skillet and add parsley. Simmer 25 minutes.

Serve with rice.
