8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
¾ cup mayonaise (Hellman's or Duke's)
1 jar, 7 ounces pimento, drained (save 1 tablespoon of juice)
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoon onion, minced
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ black pepper
1 tablespoon olive juice, or juice drained from pimentos
1 dash Tabasco

1. Mix all ingredients in a mixer or by hand.
2. Stir until completely combined.
3. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
4. Lasts about a week in fridge.

For holidays, it's fun to use plastic wrap to mold dip in shape of candy cane, snowperson, or Festivus pole. Use a microplane grater to shave parmesean cheese to look like snow. Snowpeople can be decorated with peppercorns, pimentos and bits of carrots for eyes, nose, mouth, and butttons.
