Phyllo dough
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp. fresh sage
1 tbsp. fresh thyme
½ onion powder
½ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup milk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients (except phyllo dough) and mix until fully combined.

Prepare phyllo dough as done for spanakopita. Place 1 tbsp. of meat mixture onto bottom right of each phyllo strip. Fold into a triangle. Brush tops with butter.

Bake at 400ºF for 20 minutes.
