1 C Butter or Margarine
2 C Brown Sugar (scant)
2 Eggs
1 ½ C Peanut Butter
2 C Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
¼ tsp. Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar & eggs together until creamy.
Next add peanut butter and beat again. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Once all mixed together - take 1 large teaspoonful and roll into round circle. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. I personally use the silicone baking sheet.

Bake @ 375ºF for 10-15 minutes depending on cookie size.
