Coleslaw Mix
Water Chestnut
Garlic
Ginger
Green Onion
Shoryu
Salt & Pepper


Wonton wrappers
1/4 C. Warm Water

1 T. Flour
1 T. Water, mixed together

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tofu. Spread each slice with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. In a sauté pan, break tofu into small chunks. Add remaining ingredients and heat to desired doness. Allow to cool.

Add 1 t. of the filling onto one wonton wrapper. Seal with warm water. Keep all Gyoza covered as you make them.

Add to a cold frying pan coated with oil. Start to heat the pan, as Gyoza begin to brown to desired doness, pour the flour mixture over the top and cover the pan. Allow to cook. Turn out the entire pan at once.
