Oysters
spinach
onion
béarnaise sauce ( Knorr mix)
parmesan cheese

Shells to cook with or use small appetizer plates.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and onion. Lay a spoonful on each shell .

Take raw oyster and lay in a shell on spinach mixture.

Top with Bernaise sauce and Parmesan

Broil to make hot and brown. serve right away.
