2 jars - pickled beets, diced
6 to 8 - eggs, hard-boiled & diced
1 (16 oz.) container - sour cream
½ gal. - buttermilk
1 to 2 - cucumbers, seeds removed & diced
2 T. - dill pickle juice
fresh dill
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dice beets, eggs, and cucumbers very small. Place beets and eggs into a large bowl. Add sour cream and buttermilk. Add diced cucumber and pickle juice. Add fresh dill, salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated.
