1 cup Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
¼ cup Butter or Margarine, melted
⅓ cup Green Onion
1½ cup Cheddar Cheese, coarsely shredded
3 lbs Potatoes
½ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Pepper
½ cup Dried Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sour cream, mushroom soup, butter, green onions and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Gently stir in potatoes and salt and pepper and put into casserole dish. Add remaining cheddar cheese to bread crumbs and place on top of casserole.

Bake 350º oven for 30 minutes or till bubbly hot and potatoes feel like they are cooked.
