1 cup Butter, softened
1½ cups Flour
½ cup Icing Sugar
¼ cup Red Maraschino Cherries, quartered
¼ cup Green Maraschino Cherries, quartered
Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, flour and icing sugar. Beat for 10 minutes until light and fluffy.
Spoon onto cookie sheets or use a cookie press, spacing 2 inches apart. Place a piece of maraschino cherry in the middle of each cookie.

Bake at 325º for 15 - 17 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly browned.
Let cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to wax or parchment paper.
