1 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs, well beaten until thick
1 cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour and salt into mixing bowl. In a separate bowl beat eggs until thick, combine eggs with milk. Make a hollow in center of flour and gradually stir in milk and egg mixture. Beat hard for 1 minute.

Pour some of the roast drippings in a shallow pan or muffing tins, heat in oven until hot. Pour batter to ½ inch in depth. Place in a 450º oven and bake for 20 minutes gradually lowering temperature as baking proceeds.

Serve hot with gravy.
