2 eggs
1 t. melted butter
1 t. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1 c. flour, more if necessary
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs slightly with a fork and add the rest of the ingredients. Beat just until batter is smooth and rather thick. Deep-fry in hot lard. Drain on paper towel. May be dipped in sugar, either powdered or regular.
