Two sticks butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar (3½ cups)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 cups chocolate chips
2 tbsp. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, coconut and peanut butter together and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Roll into balls.
Melt the chocolate and shortening together. Dip the balls into the chocolate using a toothpick and place on wax paper to set.
