1/2 box of vanilla ice cream (lowfat optional)

Milk (a cup or two, maybe more, depending on preferred consistency)

5-7 ice cubes

1 peeled banana sliced in 5-10 pieces

5 fresh strawberries cut in half (tops removed)

10 frozen blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ice cubes in blender until small flakes of ice.
Add vanilla ice cream and milk to ice.
Mix in blender, on low to medium, stirring and adding more milk if necessary.
Add banana pieces, strawberry pieces and blueberries to blender and blend until smooth.
