1 C pineapple juice
⅓ C dark brown sugar
½ C soy sauce
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 lbs chicken cut into bite size pieces
Directions:

Mix first four ingredients
Pour over chicken in Crockpot and stir well
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Serve over rice and top with chow mien noodles
