Bacon
Onions
Cream cheese
Bread crumbs
Smoked gouda
Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop stems up finely.

Cook bacon; once cooked crumble. Cook finely dice onion and mushroom stems in bacon drippings.

Combine bread crumbs, cream cheese, bacon, mushroom stems and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stuff each mushroom cap with filling. Top with shredded smoked gouda.

Bake 350ºF for 20 minutes.
