Ingredients:  
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. butter ¼ tsp. salt
1 c. milk 2 c. raw cranberries
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Mix dry ingredients, separately, except cranberries. Alternate milk and flour mixture. Add cranberries. Bake in 8x8 inch square pan for 30 minutes at 350. (I usually make 2 cakes.)

Sauce:

½ c. butter
1 c. whipping cream or half & half
1 c. sugar

Boil on medium; add 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour lots of warm sauce on each piece of cake before serving
