8-12 c apple, peeled and sliced
3 T flour
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 1/3 c butter
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon or split half cinnamon, half pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first three ingredients with cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, mix together and place in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan.

Combine the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the apple mixture. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes or until apples are fork tender. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped topping.

This is one of my favorite recipes. It can be made with any fruit. We like a lot of cinnamon so adjust to your own taste.
