3lbs corned beef with it's brine
2 tbs vinegar
2 tbs salt
4 cloves
4 bay leaves
7 cloves garlic
2 stakes of celery
1 orange juiced
1 lemon juiced
½ tps dry mustard
½ cup brown sugar
fresh bread crumbs to cover brisket

Directions:
Directions:
Cover corned beef with water and first seven ingredients. Bring to a boil and then simmer for three hours. Cool and score fat with the cloves and heat oven to 350º.
Prepare the glaze for the beef. Mix fresh bread crumbs(about 1 cup) brown sugar, juice of orange and lemon and the dry mustard. Spoon over the beef and put in oven for 30 minutes, remove, slice and serve.
I use some of the cooking brine to cook the potatoes, carrots and cabbage.
