Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1/4 C mayo 5 slices bread toasted 4 slices American cheese 12 strips turkey bacon cooked and crumbled 2 T butter 2 T all purpose flour 1/4 t salt 1/8 t pepper 1 C milk 2% 4 larger eggs or one for each slice of bread 1 medium tomato halved and sliced 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese 2 green onions shredded lettuce

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 325. Spread mayo on one side of toast. You can now cut into pieces (or keep hole and sever like an open sandwich). Place in a greased 8 inch pan. Mayo side up. Top with cheese slices and bacon bites. In a small saucepan melt butter. Stir in flower salt pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until thickened, about 2 min. Poor over toast cheese bacon. In a large skillet fry eggs sunny side up. Place one egg over each toast or over pieces. Top with tomato slices, sprinkle with cheddar and onions. Bake uncovered 10 min. cut into squares or one whole piece of bread. Serve with lettuce..
