2 cups Milk
¾ cup biscuit baking mix (Bisquick)
¼ cup Butter, softened
1½ cups desired mix ins
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
8 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF
Lightly grease 10" quiche dish
In a large bowl, beat together milk, eggs, baking mix, butter and parmesan cheese. (Batter will be lumpy)
Stir in desired mix-ins and cheddar cheese
Pour in pan
Bake for 50 min, until eggs are set and top is golden brown
