4 - chicken bullion cubes
1 lb. - fresh broccoli, diced
2½ c. - potatoes, diced
2 cans - cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
4 c. - water
1 c. - onion, diced
1 c. - celery, diced
1 lb. - Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Add bouillon cubes to water and bring to a boil. Add onion, celery, and potatoes; boil for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for 20 minutes. Lower heat. Add soup & cheese. Cook just until cheese melts.
