8 oz. Mueller's Elbows

2 tbsp corn starch

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

3 cups milk

2 tbsp butter or margarine

2 cups shredded American or cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 375°F.

2) Cook pasta for only 6 minutes. Drain well.

3) Combine cornstarch, salt, dry mustard & pepper in medium saucepan. Over medium-high heat, stir in milk until smooth. Add butter, stirring constantly.

4) Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil 1 minute.

5) Remove from heat. Stir in 1-3/4 cups cheese until melted. Add cooked pasta.

6) Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

7) Bake uncovered 25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165-175 degrees.
