2 1/2 cups flour

2 tablespoons sugar

4 eggs

2 cups milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff - add yolk

Sift dry ingredients

Add alternately the dry ingredients and milk into egg mixture while beating (NEVER STOP BEATING) until smooth

Heat bunuelo iron in oil before using - shake lightly before dipping in patter

Oil should be 475º at least

Turn over when medium brown
