Three pounds ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups red sweet peppers, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
½ can beer
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
4 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Dash of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef, onions, and garlic in a large skillet until meat is browned. Break up meat as it cooks. Drain off fat.

Combine meat mixture, peppers, celery, beer, ketchup, molasses, mustard, chili powder, vinegar, and hot pepper sauce in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Serve on hamburger buns.
