Notes: I have made this in the oven and it came out delicious. It also reheats very well. This meal was instrumental in enabling us to buy Unit 309 at Island House. After Colonel John and Helen Joyce had passed away, I called their niece to offer to buy the condo and she remembered me as I had taken this meal to John and Helen when she was visiting.
