2 cups whipping cream, divided
3 egg yoks , lightly beaten
2 pkgs semi sweet chocolate chopped ( 8 squares)
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Line 8 x 4 loaf pan with plastic wrap.

Beat 1/2 cup of whipping cream and the egg yks with wire whisk until well blended, set aside.
Place chocolate, corn syrup and butter in saucepan, cook on med heat until chocolate is completely melted stirring constantly
Gradually stir in the egg mixture, cook 3 min or until thickened, stirring constantly, cool to room temperature
Beat remaining 1 1/2 cps whipping cream, the icing sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer on high until stiff peaks form. Gently stir into chocolate mixture until well blended. Pour into prepared pan.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight until firm. or freeze at least 3 hours. Invert loaf onto serving plate. Remove pan and plastic wrap. Serve with raspberry sauce and dollop of whipped cream if desired or chocolate sauce. Store in fridge.
