¼ cup olive oil
3 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. dried dill weed
1 large clove garlic, minced
¼ tsp. fresh ground pepper
¼ tsp. dried Italian seasoning

Grilled chicken: 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Montreal or Kansas City Steak seasoning
8 cups mixed Romaine and red leaf lettuce
¼ cup seedless red grapes, halved
⅓ cup crumbled Feta cheese
¼ cup toasted almonds, pecans or pine nuts.

Mix 6 ingredients for dressing together, whisk together or shake in covered jar to mix and let stand for 30 min.

Sprinkle chicken breast halves lightly with steak seasoning. Grill chicken uncovered over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until tender and no longer pink (internal temperature should read 170 degrees). Cool slightly.

Arrange salad greens on 4 plates, top with grapes, Feta cheese, and roasted nuts. Slice each chicken breast and and arrange one sliced breast on each salad. Drizzle dressing over the salads.
