2 eggs
2 cps pumpkin pure or 1 can of pumpkin
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon - I usually add another tsp of cinnamon at least and a tad more ginger.
1/2 tsp ginger, allspice and nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/3 cp light cream


Pie crust - bottom

Directions:
Beat eggs and add pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, salt and cream. Pour into shell.

Bake at 425 for 15 min . Reduce heat to 350 and bake pie for about 45 minutes longer, tester should come out clean from centre of pie ( use toothpick or knife for tester)
Let cool.
