16 oz. mushrooms
4 green onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced (can add more to taste)
2 T. butter
1 T. olive oil
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. Panko bread crumbs
1/4-1/2 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 t. seasoned salt
1/4 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms, and set aside stems. Bake mushrooms caps to release moisture, maybe 10 minutes at 425º. Meanwhile sauté chopped mushroom stems and onion in butter and oil till soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and top the mushroom caps. Bake at 425º till golden and hot.

This is a simple stuffed mushroom recipe. Can be made a day ahead. Just bake before serving.
