Directions:
Directions:
Purchase a lg. roast of your choosing. Put little slits all over and fill the slits with small slivers of fresh garlic. Slice onion thinly.
Place roast in crock pot, generously sprinkle onion over the roast, pour 1/2 lg. bottle of italian dressing (your choice, I use Paul Newman's) over roast and onions. Salt & pepper generously.
Set crock pot on low and allow to cook until roast pulls apart and shred easily.
Place on buns or bread and eat.
