1 c. chopped Pecans
Romain lettuce
2 Golden Delicious apples
3 oz. Crumbled Blue Cheese

Apple Vinaigrette Dressing

3/4 c. Unsweetened Applesause
1/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 scallions

Directions:
Directions:
Toast Peacans in a skillet.

Put all ingrediants for the dressing in a food Processor except for the oil. Process adding the oil in a thin stream. The dressing can be kept for up to one week.

In a large bowl add the lettuce, apples, blue cheese, and pecans.

I like to put the dressing on the lettuce and apples then toss- put the lettuce on individual plates. Next top with the blue cheese and pecans.
