Ingredients:
Ingredients:
One chicken, but up
Flour for dredging
2 medium onions, chopped fine
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup butter
2 tbsp. paprika
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Roll the pieces of chicken in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Fry the onion and garlic in the butter until tender and remove from skillet.
Brown the chicken and sprinkle the onion and garlic and paprika over the chicken.
Add the chicken broth, cover, and simmer over low heat until the chicken is tender.
Remove the chicken to a serving dish and keep warm. (I sometimes debone the chicken at this point.)
Add the sour cream to the remaining liquid and heat. If gravy does not thicken enough, you can add a little flour blended with cold water.
Pour gravy over the chicken and serve immediately over noodles.
