1 cup white sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Mix all together and add :
1 cup chopped suet
1 cup raisins or dates
enough water to make a very stiff dough.

1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon vanilla

:Mother said: “I just make this and I think this will be about the ingredients I use. Pour sauce over Suet Pudding. Very Good.”
